Shipping Address Guide For APO/DPO/FPO

• APO: Air or Army Post Office,
• DPO: Diplomatic Post Office
• FPO: Fleet Post Office.

To make sure that your military and diplomatic mail is sent without delays, confirm that your order's shipping address format satisfies the following guidelines:

The Name field must contain the recipient’s full name, rank is optional.

The Address field must include the recipient’s unit and box number in the following format:

• Air Force (APO): PSC # Box #
• Army (APO): Unit # Box #
• Embassy (DPO): Unit # Box #
• Navy (FPO): Ship # Hull #

The City field must contain either APO, DPO, or FPO to route packages as the military mail instead of international mail. The city shouldn't be the actual destination city or to the Military Post Office (MPO).

The State field must be either AA (Armed Forces Americas), AE (Armed Forces Europe), or AP (Armed Forces Pacific). The state shouldn't be the actual destination state.

The ZIP Code field must be a military postal code, not the destination postal code or billing zip code. Military postal codes are matched to the state code in the following format:

AA state zip code begins with 340

AE state zip code begins with 090-099

AP state zip code begins with 962-966

• The Country field must be US or United States.

Our country is relentless in defending freedom and always assaulting forward. Our flag is also assaulting forward with the field of blue stars at the forefront and never backing down from a battle. The blue field of stars on the American Flag should always be in the highest position of honor. When viewing the flag on a wall, the highest position of honor is the upper left when displayed horizontally, and at the top upper left when displayed vertically. When displayed on a person or vehicle, now considered a moving object, the highest position of honor is the front. This means the field of blue should be displayed to the front or toward the chest when worn on a sleeve. We will from time to time have apparel with a flag in the traditional orientation, field of blue stars at the back, as a nod to our law enforcement officials who stay back on the home front to defend our citizens.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or receive a defective item, simply contact us at support@stormwarriortactical.com within 60 days of purchase to start a return for your unworn and undamaged item. Upon approval of returned items, you will receive a refund, minus the cost of return shipping. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or receive a defective item, simply contact us at support@stormwarriortactical.com within 60 days of purchase to start a return for your unworn and undamaged item. After a return process is initiated, a shipping label for your return will be sent to your provided email address. Print and affix the label to your return package before dropping at the nearest shipping provider specified for your return. Upon approval of returned items, you will receive a refund to the original payment method, minus the cost of return shipping. 

We recommended washing all garments inside out on a cold setting with gentle detergents. Dry on a low heat setting or hang dry for optimal longevity of the garment.
